Hey, I'm rae

I'm a writer, energy healer, and intuitive with a simple mission to help people heal to feel more joy in their life. My passion comes alive when I'm speaking truth into you, helping you see your own potential and expand your success.

For as long as I can remember I've been able to feel and read energy. I just didn't understand it or how to use it for my benefit.

My spiritual journey (which became a daily practice) started in 2017, in my early twenties, when I discovered Gabby Bernstein and her book The Universe Has Your Back randomly.

I know now, it wasn't random at all, because Gabby went on to be my main spiritual teacher and guide for years to come and my life has never been the same. In the best way possible.

Over the years I've spent countless hours learning about spirituality, energy, manifestation, how our brains heal and create new pathways and beliefs, trauma healing in therapy with a practice called brainspotting, astrology, human design and Reiki.

What I know now is, it's been my soul guiding me home all along.

I've been gifted the ability to read energy and connect to souls, but my own path has consisted of deep emotional and energetic healing within myself from my personal life experiences. My own healing has changed my life in every way and lifted an undeniable weight off my back. I've become so passionate about healing because I've come to understand triggers and painful memories stored within us don't have to live there and be hurtful forever. The healing may be tough in the moments, but the life of relief, release and freedom is worth it every time.

It's become my soul's mission to help bring healing to others. And to show you how we can do it in a way that feels less daunting and more rejuvenating. The thought of people living their lives carrying pain and weight of trauma and experiences brings me to tears, knowing it doesn't have to be so heavy.

It's my hope to help take some of the weight off and show you how to put the heavy baggage down.

I've created a number of different containers and pathways to work together. I hope to see you in one of them.
